hacienda-style architecture, tropical gardens, privileged access to Chichen-Itza
More lighting in the dining area would certainly enhance the dining experience!!! The absence of a lift in the main hotel may pose challenges for those with mobility issues!!!

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the ruins, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. However, the restaurant experience was lacking, with slow service and inconsistent food quality. While our room was spacious and clean, the lack of room phones made it difficult to call for assistance when needed.
