The staff was amiable and brilliantly friendly. the room I booked had painted glass on the doors and came with a large balcony offering great views and a nice jacuzzi tub. the location was favorable and magnificent – you can walk to the Temple of Kukulcan. the hotel offered reasonable prices.

This hotel is located in a gorgeous tropical garden with 3 pools that are never crowded. The hotel facilities are well maintained and the staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to the main park entrance of the Caracol south area.

    Nothing, it was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at this jungle resort near the ancient ruins. The grounds were breathtaking, and the private entrance to Chichen Itza made it so convenient to explore early in the morning. The staff was delightful and the morning breakfast was the best. Definitely recommend this resort for anyone traveling to the Yucatan peninsula.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast selection was having more variety and options to choose from.

The hotel was extremely convenient and placed in a Colonial-style building. Our room was extremely pleasant, brand-new, with balcony and nice views and fridge. - A poolside restaurant with delicious food was an advantage.

Spent New Year's at a historic hotel near an iconic archaeological site. Enjoyed the convenience of a short walk from the hotel to the main attraction. The hotel had easy parking, which was a plus. The room, including the bathroom and bed, were pleasant enough. Screens on the windows allowed for fresh air. The request for a room with a view was accommodated.

Sadly, the sound from the lobby was quite bothersome. Meeting guests in the lobby early in the morning led to a noisy environment, disrupting sleep.

The hotel had a private entrance to the main attraction, which made it super convenient for visiting. The grounds were beautiful and had lots of wildlife to see. The room had a balcony and all the essentials, like air conditioning and a safe.

The rooms were quite dated and in need of renovation. The TV only had a few channels and the bathroom could use some improvements.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Chichén-Itzá's Observatory ruins. Nestled in the lush jungle, guests can enjoy stunning views while exploring the ancient site. The rooms are spacious and offer the most amazing bath tubs with beautiful views. Additionally, the staff is mostly very helpful and polite, providing excellent service.

The hotel's Wi-Fi connection is extremely poor throughout the property.

The rooms are spacious and have a balcony, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. The hotel staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile, making you feel welcome.
